We’ve been working with friends both local and abroad to create a wine list that we take great pride in. We’ve got quite the variety that will suit any occasion… Jazz and wine night? 80 degree weather wine? Wine and a underberg? We’ve got you. Bottles and cans are available for in house or to go!

Our shipment may have gotten delayed but that won’t stop us from celebrating @birrificioitaliano TIPOPILS DAY 2025. We’ll be tapping this fantastic beer this Friday 3/21, and we’ve got some epic merchandise for the fans.

This year’s batch of Tipopils 2025…

Slovenian Cut – Slovenia über Helles, a “forbidden dream” we’ve nurtured for years which finally comes true: which is a classic Tipopils base recipe, but hopped using exclusively Slovenian varieties.
These hops deliver intense herbal notes that evolve into rustic, powerful aromas with spicy and earthy undertones.

The Slovenian hops are: ‘Styrian Golding” An English heritage hop grown in Slovenia.
